Your royal membership card is activated upon completion of the initiation ceremony and verification process. You will receive an activation package with detailed instructions. For immediate activation, contact our membership support line at support@dubairoyalmembership.com or visit our headquarters with your invitation documents.

Our 24/7 emergency mail support@dubairoyalmembership.com guarantees response within 90 seconds. For security or royal family emergencies, response is immediate with appropriate security protocols activated. All emergency calls are prioritized and handled by our dedicated royal security team.

Palace office meetings require advanced scheduling and security clearance. Contact the diplomatic affairs department at business@dubairoyalmembership.com with your membership number, purpose of visit, and preferred dates. Allow 2-5 business days for processing. All visitors must present valid identification and membership credentials upon arrival.

Membership support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (GST), and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our offices are closed on Sunday and UAE public holidays. However, emergency support remains available 24/7 through our dedicated hotline.

Immediately contact our emergency mail at support@dubairoyalmembership.com to report a lost or stolen card. The card will be deactivated immediately, and a replacement will be issued within 3-5 business days. A replacement fee of AED 5,000 applies. For security reasons, you must file a police report and present it when collecting your replacement card.

Immediate family members (spouse and children under 21) may access certain privileges with prior authorization. Each family member requires a registered companion card, which can be arranged through membership support. Family access is subject to the same conduct standards and may be revoked for any violation of royal protocols.
